Marteau has more than two decades of experience in the beauty industry and has held a number of senior management roles. He was named Group Managing Director of L’Occitane in 2022.

Andrés has been a part of Betterware for 11 years, serving as Betterware Commercial Director from 2013-2018, and is known for his leadership ability and strategic vision. 

Santiago Campos, previously Chief Transformation Officer, has been named Managing Director of Betterware Mexico. Santiago has also served as Chief Marketing Officer, as well as taking rotational periods within the sales and quality teams for Betterware, and has a unique understanding of the role.
